IMI Completes Series B Round With $8.5M
Integrated Materials Inc., a manufacturer of silicon products used in semiconductor diffusion processes, closed an $8.5-million Series B financing round. The round marked the first time the company had received investments from venture capital firms.

V-Secure Technologies appoints Izhar Shay as a new CEO. Izhar Shay, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Izhar has more than 20 years of experience in management, business and technical positions. He was the co-founder and CEO of Business Layers, the company that pioneered the eProvisioning space. Izhar managed Business Layers through its various stages of growth, achieving international recognition, global fortune class customers and strategic partnerships. Under his leadership the company became a leading vendor in the Identity Management space, and was recently sold to Netegrity (Nasdaq: NETE). Izhar had previously been Vice President of Business Development with the BRM Group, an international investment firm. Prior experience includes business and technical positions with services, networking and telecom vendors. Izhar holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the Technion Institute, in Haifa, Israel.
