$500K which was led by Silicom Ventures members. IMI is a leading manufacturer
of Semiconductor-grade Silicon Towers, Boats, liners and other vital diffusion

is closing first round. The signing of the documents for the investment
in eBeam will take place this Monday. Silicom Ventures members will invest

Sparta Systems Inc. a market leader in enterprise quality management tracking systems received $14 million in funding from AIG Healthcare Partners. Silicom Ventures introduced the investor to Sparta and helped to facilitated the transaction.
