NanoMuscle have successfully completed raising an additionally $2.4 million of new equity capital through
issuance of Series B Preferred Stock to Crossbow Ventures and investors in the Keiretsu Angel forum.
This means that NanoMuscle have raised a total of $9.5 million in “new money” through issuance of $6.9
million of Series B Preferred Stock and $2.6 million of promissory notes.
The company continues having discussions with several other venture groups and individual investors with
the goal of raising another $3 - 4 million in Series B equity capital.
