SeeRun Technologies presented to Silicom Ventures members on January 14, 2003. Last week, the Company signed a term sheet with two venture capital firms, AIG Orion and Geneva Venture Partners, along with existing investors, Gryphon Capital, Synergy Ventures, Efi Arazi and Yochai Richter for a $4.5 million investment.

So far the company has a total of $4.3 million in commitments to the new round, so an additional $200,000 are still available.

As a reminder, SeeRun is an early-stage enterprise software company that focuses on Operations Performance Management, an aspect of real-time business intelligence and business activity monitoring, geared towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise's knowledge-intensive business processes.

The company has already secured Prudential Financial as its first enterprise customer, and has signed agreements with Prudential for a total of $1.25 million in licenses and services.
