Coming Up: PMWC 2011 Silicon Valley |
||||||
We are proud to announce the PMWC 2011, co-hosted by Stanford Hospital & Clinics, will be held on January 18-19 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View. What is Personalized Medicine? Personalized Medicine is paving the way for a superior health care system by custom-fitting treatment to a patient's unique genetic blueprint. This emerging field is already saving patient lives and reducing healthcare costs. Why It Matters In addition to transforming medicine and advancing the concept of individualized health, Personalized Medicine ignites a new cycle of growth for business opportunities in lifesciences- in 2010 alone, venture capital firms have invested more than $500 million in molecular diagnostics companies. PMWC 2011™ is the only fully integrated conference on Personalized Medicine which brings together all aspects of business, government, healthcare-delivery, research and technology – all in one information-rich two-day conference. The Conference will feature 800 participants, more than 40 top-tier speakers, exhibitions and demos and early-stage companies selected for the PMWC 2011 Most Promising Company Award competition. The PMWC 2011 is the third follow-on to the inaugural PMWC 2010 and the soldout PMWC Israel. No cost for Members (admission value: $1000)- register HERE & use the previously sent code. |
