Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer

Creative hardware engineer experienced in embedded systems with a willingness to develop new approaches! Will be responsible for designing complete embedded systems for real-time control of linear actuators, wireless communications, audio input and output, and several other sensors and subsystems. Must be willing and able to document and test designs. Both a BSEE & MSEE plus 8 years exp developing hardware for process and/or motion control systems, embedded microcontrollers, embedded systems, RC servos, robotics for a variety of applications and industries. Analog sensor interface, ASIC, and DSP design experience is a plus.

Quality/Test Engineer

Develop tests for company products, document results. Review new designs, product/board specs to develop test strategies and test plans. Write scripts to automate function, system, and burning tests for new products. As Senior Test Development Engineer, you will have project ownership, and will identify, spec, procure and deploy test equipment, and assist contract manufacturers in setting up and running tests. Execute process evaluation, technologies qualification and product monitoring. Establish design guidelines for engineering to ensure product and component reliability. Develop detailed test plans, test tools, test suites and life test methodology and statistical models for lifetime prediction. Perform design verification, bench and ATE test development, characterization, yield enhancement, failure analysis, analyze failure mechanisms. Debug and analyze automated test results.
BSEE plus minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

Director of Engineering

Join expanding Engineering team in this hands-on position! You'll be managing the development of leading edge technology products, and electro/mechanical and software engineering team of 6 - 10 employees. Lead the product design including, material selection, design and implementation of the motor controller, PCB design, software development, manufacturability and testing of the company's actuators. Develop and maintain department guidelines and procedures, and work closely with manufacturing team to get product to market. Generate and implement the schedules and department budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a BSME, strong mechanical engineering background, knowledge of motion devices (linear actuators, solenoids, motors, etc.), and a proven track record in leading the development of commercial products. Talent in selecting, nurturing and leading teams of cross functional engineers is critical.

Vice President, Sales - Enterprise

Position Summary: Identify, develop, manage and close product and services revenue in Fortune 1000 accounts through a network of value added resellers, strategic business partners, global integrators and consulting services organizations. Requires prior experience in strategic selling and large account sales within an indirect sales model where fulfillment is through distributors and other partners. Must possess executive selling skills to build account relationships at the CIO/CTO/VP, etc. level while engaging tactically at the business executive and staff level within divisional or departmental IT initiatives. Requires proven experience in identifying specific opportunities within the enterprise and then negotiating complex licensing contracts within the context of the enterprise's procurement practices - all the while maintaining strong relationships with partners engaged in the selling and supporting of the account.
