Integrated Materials Inc. (IMI) received a bridge loan of $500K
Los Altos, California July 8th-- Silicom Ventures a Silicon Valley investment group, today announced the closing of a bridge loan to Integrated Materials Inc. (IMI).
The bridge was let by Silicom Ventures. Israel Niv, the founder and CEO of Optonics will represent Silicom Ventures investors on the board of directors.
“The bridge loan was raised in a short time” said Gadi Behar, the founder and managing director of Silicom Ventures. “This is a result of both the quality of IMI’s technology and its management team, and the fact that angel investors typically move faster than VCs. We are now ready to present IMI to Silicom Venture’s VC members in order to raise the full round.”
